I am a recent Magna Cum Laude graduate from Springfield College, currently strengthening my skills as a multi-media journalist. I am eager to combine my passion for sports, production, writing, and content creation skills to produce engaging and informative content in the multimedia world. I have a strong understanding of non-linear video editing, live sports writing, and producing social media coontent.

Throughout my time as a member of my college’s television news club, I gained hands-on experience with tight deadlines and high-quality production demands. As producer/president of the club in my junior year, I scheduled and produced two weekly shows, demonstrating my ability to manage projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
Additionally, I have extensive experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok, and have developed a strong understanding of how to create content that resonates with various audiences. I also have experience with WordPress and other blog software, which allows me to produce written content alongside visual and video elements. This experience has equipped me with a solid foundation in writing, including attention to spelling, grammar, and tone.

My experience working with the Basketball Hall of Fame during the HoopHall Classic was the perfect experience to showcase my skills. From tight deadline writing, live video production, and producing media content across different social platforms, the weekend tournament was some of the best experiences I have had in the world of media.

I currently host my own podcast, Like That. My responsibilities include preparing the shows content, editing and publishing the show, while also contributing 3-4 graphics and videos for our social media platforms. The podcast has received over 25,000 views across social media platforms, and continues to grow.
Balancing my retail job while also dedicating time to college media projects taught me how to multitask effectively. I pride myself on being highly organized and efficient, as well as having a positive attitude, which is key when working in fast-paced, collaborative environments. Throughout my career, I have shown an ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and contribute to team success.
